MENU: Choice of Entrée:
Woodfired BBQ Chicken Salad- Slices of BBQ chicken breast, mixed greens, scallions, diced tomatoes, four bean mix, roasted corn, cilantro, monterey jack cheese, with avocado ranch dressing.

Haddock Fontina – Pan seared haddock, roasted red peppers and roasted garlic in light fontina sauce over a bed of rice with wood grilled asparagus.
Jumbo Spinach Ravioli - Jumbo ravioli made with parsley pasta, grilled onions, spinach and three cheeses, with fire-roasted tomato sauce made with roasted red peppers, shallots; with garlic bread.
Beverages and Chocolate Mousse Cake for Dessert

Program: Weaving Demonstration on portable loom, display of unique woven fashions and pottery and presentation by Cheryl Hurst of Essence of Art Studio, North Conway
