The March 1973 Town Meeting designated the following roads as scenic:
1) Dundee Road to Bartlett Town Line,
2) Black Mountain Road from the Dundee Road intersection to its terminus,
3) Thorn Hill Road to Bartlett Town Line,
4) Tin Mine Rd,
5) Thorn Mountain Road,( now known as Switchback Rd.) and
6) Iron Mountain Road (Green Hill Road).
The Scenic Roads RSA's are 231:157&158.
