Over the next few years, Jackson will embark on several construction projects.  A summary of each is listed below.  More information can be found by clicking on each project.

Project
Description
Rennovation of the existing building, closing the second floor and adding to the school (mostly in back) so that everything is on one floor. This work has been completed.
Community Center has been built with a gift from Betty Whitney
Using funds voted by the town in March 2007, the Library trustees formed a building and design committee. A plan for a new library was developed. Economic conditions, however, caused the Library Trustees to agree to work with the Historical Society to re-erect the Trickey Barn for use as a new Library.
In March 2010, the town approved a $1.2 million dollar highway garage and salt shed project. Work began on the site later in March.
Dismantling the Trickey Barn and storing the frame to be erected on the Gray's Inn property for use as a Library.
