Planning Board minutes January 12th
The meeting came to order at 7:05 P.M.
ATTENDING:
Members - Scott Badger, Betsey Harding, Bea Davis. Alternates - Mike Mallett. Other Board members and alternates had arranged to participate by telephone if there was not a quorum present; however, 4 participants constitute a quorum.
Members of the public attending - John Allen
Scott moved that, because of the stormy weather, this meeting and public hearings be rescheduled to Tuesday, January 17th, at 7 PM. Betsey seconded the motion; it was unanimously supported.
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
