BUILDING PERMITS ARE SUBJECT TO CHAGE. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE TOWN OFFICE TO BE SURE YOU ARE USING THE MOST RECENT FORM.
Building Permits are required by the Jackson Zoning Ordinance and RSA 676:11. Building permits shall be obtained before a building (residential or commercial) is constructed, extended, removed or altered.
Building permit applications are available at the Jackson Town Office; office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30. The office is closed between 12:30 and 1:30 for lunch.
