SECTION 9: TRAILER AND MOBILE HOME PARKS
No trailer or mobile home park shall be located or maintained within the Town of Jackson; and which, for purposes thereof, shall be deemed to mean a parcel of land where two or more trailers or mobile homes are parked. Nothing hereunder shall be construed to prohibit individual trailers or mobile homes located on individual lots so long as such lot otherwise meets the minimum lot size requirements and setbacks (amended 3/10/1987) under the Ordinances of the Town of Jackson.
